    terima kasih Prof. Setelah membaca artikel ini saya jadi lebih bisa memahami perbedaan paradigma positivism dengan interpretivism. rangkuman ini sangat bermanfaat bagi saya.

    When it comes to 'research & methodology' your comparative chart is important, but, in my opinion, examples and situations are more important to grasp. Don't get me wrong, i know very little about this subject matter, i'm just looking at it from your students' prespective. Let's take 'positivist padadigm', a real one, situation : Issac Newton induced his theory of Gravity, then ask your students to deduce Newton's general Prinsciple (his theory), or, have them (your students) watch "A Beautiful Mind", you don't have to take them to the movies, just order it and play it in dvd player in the classroom, it's cheap that way. hahaha. The film is about the life of Mathematical genius and nobel laureate John Nash, it may be able to inspire your student to accomplish a great thing. Nash developed and empirically tested his mentors'Game Theory and came up with a new theory that led to the paper ' The Bargaining Problem', published in ECONOMETRICA. As we speak, his theory is being used by economists all over the world.

    Prof, saya masih bingung dengan kriteria data interpretatif:

    Bergantung (dependability)

    Pasti (confirmability)

    Alih (transferability)

    apakah maksunya "bergantung" di sini=temporaly?
    dan "pasti" itu mutlak benar, dan tidak bisa berubah?
